Greenberg Reduces Client’s Cost of Capital by over 70% (Press Release)

WASHINGTON, DC – April 30, 2014 – Greenberg Advisors, LLC (GA), an investment bank specializing in advising owners and investors in Accounts Receivable Management (ARM), Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), and Specialty Finance, announced that it has secured attractively priced senior debt for one of its clients.

The client offers debt purchasing and contingency collection services for national and regional credit grantors across the US. For confidentiality reasons, the names of the participants cannot be disclosed.

The facility, secured from a national bank, will lower the borrowers cost of capital by 72%. Further, GA’s client will pay only a coupon (i.e. interest rate), without any “profit-sharing” requirement. These terms are particularly groundbreaking because expensive profit-sharing borrowing relationships are often perceived to be the only option available to similar companies.
