M&A in ARM is the cornerstone of our services. We've served as trusted advisors to many clients including private and public ARM firms, Fortune 500 firms, and private equity investors, as well as to senior executives with a vision. Services are wide ranging and include both sell-side and buy-side representation, the sale of a minority position up to 100% of a company's stock, recapitalizations, full-service strategic acquisition and divestiture programs, and the development and implementation of growth and exit strategies. These investors seek to fund businesses and executives in a variety of situations to include: debt portfolio purchases, acquisition plans, shareholder buy-outs, business expansion, and balance sheet stabilization, to name a few. Transactions can occur independently or as part of a larger transaction. Expert analysis of a portfolio in relation to the current market is essential to making good buy-sell-liquidate decisions. Over the years, we have combined this portfolio knowledge with our M&A expertise in completing multiple transactions with debt buyers and owners of portfolios. These deals have included recapitalizations, establishment of expanded credit facilities, and partial/full corporate divestitures, which included the sales of owned portfolios with a face value of up to $3 billion.
