Rockville, MD – November 2, 2020 – Greenberg Advisors (GA) is pleased to announce the acquisition by its client, ALN Medical Management (ALN), of Nexus Healthcare Solutions (Nexus). GA served as exclusive M&A advisor to ALN throughout this transaction.
Located in Los Angeles, California, Nexus provides end-to-end billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services. Its clients include an array of providers such as behavioral health practices, ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs), gastroenterologists, and others.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. This is the fourth M&A transaction that GA has closed in 2020.
