GA’s expertise spans decades of niche M&A advisory experience, as well as broader experience in middle market investment banks, entrepreneurially-run businesses, and global consulting firms.
Having completed over 130 successful engagements for clients over nearly 25 years, Brian Greenberg is one of the most experienced investment bankers in RCM, HCIT, ARM, and BPO. He and his skilled team advise executives seeking expert insight and results.
Having worked at boutique and larger investment banks, Brian sought to create a rare team-oriented firm that combines the full-service advisory approach of a larger bank with the energy and nimbleness of a boutique bank. He founded GA in 2009 to reflect this vision of a best-in-class strategic advisory firm. Today, with its unmatched expertise, GA is the "go-to" investment bank in its sectors.
Brian served four years in the United States Air Force prior to graduating from George Washington University. He has served on a variety of boards, including the Board of Trustees of ARMing Heroes, a not-for-profit providing US military veterans with financial assistance. Brian is a frequent presenter at conferences in the US and abroad, a published author, and an often-quoted source in healthcare, financial, and investment banking media. He lives in suburban Washington, D.C. with his wife, two teenagers, and a fluffy dog.
